试论卓越绩效模式在我国采油企业的实施

The Application of Performance Excellent Mode to Oil Production Enterprises in Our Country

首先通过分析我国采油企业质量管理现状和局限性论证了采用新模式的必要性,然后介绍卓越绩效模式的主要内容———11个核心价值观、7大评审模块及其相关关系;其次提出理解该模式的方法、关键点以及实施模型;最后对实施过程中应该注意的问题和方法进行了分析和说明。

Based on the analysis of quality management status and limitation of oil production en- terprises in our country, it is pointed out that it is necessary to adopt the new mode. Then an introduc- tion is given to the main content of performance excellent mode,including 11 core values, 7 evaluation modules and relevant relationship. Next some suggestions are discussed about the methods and key points to understand this mode as well as the model of implementation. At last, analysis and explana- tion concentrate on the problems and methods that should be paid much attention to in the process of enforcement.
