摘要
对于任何一个间歇工业生产过程,其终点的合理选择是过程优化的一个重要方面。本文针对一些复杂的间歇生产过程,其机理和过程终点目标不很明确,并难以建立该类过程数学模型的特点,提出了一种基于模糊靶域概念的识别过程终点的方法。并结合一具体工业抗生素发酵生产过程放罐时机的识别问题就该方法的模型化作了比较详细的论述。
It is very important to reasonably select a terminal-point for any batch industrial production processes. As for some complex batch production processes, mechanisims and terminal targets of which are hardly understood clearly, and which can be difficultly modelled mathematically, this paper presents a method of heuristic fuzzy recognition to terminal-points of batch production processes. And, problems about modelling for the approach based on the fuzzy target region concept with recognizing the draw-off timing of an actual industrial batch antibiotic fermentation process are expounded in comparative detail.
