摘要 半固态成形技术是一种金属成形的新方法,它具有铸锻工艺的综合优点。利用应变诱导熔化激活法(SIMA法)制备了7A09铝合金半固态坯料,研究了预变形量对7A09铝合金半固态组织的影响。结果表明,在相同条件下,预变形程度越大,晶粒的平均直径越小,其形状系数也越小,且逐渐趋近于1,晶粒形状趋近于球形。 Semi-solid state forming technology is a kind of new metal forming method. It has the advantages of integrated casting and forging process. The 7A09 aluminum alloy semi-solid billets were prepared by SIMA (strain induced melt activating) method. The influence of pre-deformation on 7A09 aluminum alloy semi-solid state microstructure was studied. The results show that, in the same condition, when pre-deformation is greater, average grain diameter becomes smaller, and shape coefficient also becomes smaller and gradually approaches 1. Grain's shape approaches sphere.
