摘要 回弹是冲压过程中不可避免的现象,基于CAE仿真技术的模具补偿,可以从根本上消除回弹的影响。模具的补偿型面一方面受CAE回弹仿真计算精度的影响,另一方面与冲压工艺参数息息相关,实际冲压时通常采取先补偿再工艺控制的方式来处理冲压件的回弹。现提出一种方法:先对工艺控制回弹量及相应的工艺参数进行计算,然后以工艺控制的回弹量最大值为基准构建模具补偿型面,以回弹最小的工艺参数组合作为设计工艺参数,并采用实验设计(DOE),响应面模型(RS)和遗传算法(GA)相结合的优化策略对确定补偿基准面进行优化求解。这样在实际模具修正的过程中可以有效地保证工艺控制回弹的区间,增加回弹控制的稳健性。 Spring-back is an inevitable phenomenon in the stamping process. Based on the dies compensation of the CAE simulation technology, spring-back can be radically eliminated. On the one hand the compensation surface is affected by the CAE spring-back simulation accuracy and closely related to the stamping process parameters on the other hand, but when the actual stamping, usually adopting first expiation then technology control, the spring-back of stamping pieces is disposed. A method was proposed that it was first to calculate control amount of the spring-back and the corresponding parameters, and then to use the maximum value of the technology control of spring-back to build the compensation die. Taking parameters of minimum spring-back combinations as the design of technology parameters, adapting optimization strategies integrated experimental design, response surface model, and genetic algorithms, the standard compensate surface was optimally solved. In this way, in the actual die amendment, the range of spring-back control can be effectively ensured and increases the robustness of the spring-back control.
