摘要
导向辊位置角是环件轧制成形工艺的重要影响因素。采用数值模拟方法分析了不同导向辊位置角对Ti3Al基合金环件轧制过程的影响规律。研究结果表明:导向辊位置角60°、90°时,环件不同部位的变形不均匀;导向辊位置角75°时,变形较为均匀;导向辊位置角对芯辊最大轧制力的影响不大,但是随着导向辊位置角增大,轧制力波动的幅度变大。优化得出的最佳导向辊位置角为75°。
The guide roller position angle is an important affecting factor of the ring rolling forming process. The influence of the different guide roller position angles on the ring rolling process of the Ti3A1 matrix alloy was studied based on the numerical simulation method. The results show that: when the guide roller position angle is 60 ° and 90°, the deformation of the ring in the different parts is non-uniform, the deformation is more uniformity when the guide roller position angle is 75°. Guide roller position angle has little effect on the core roller rolling force, however, the volatility of the rolling force increases with the position angle of the guide roller increases, The best guide roller position angle is 75°.
