摘要
在分析活塞成形的基础上,采用DEFORM3D有限元分析软件,模拟了活塞锤上模锻成形过程,研究了毛坯成形的应力、应变以及摩擦条件对成形的影响,优化了毛坯形状及尺寸。这对变形铝合金活塞的成形具有一定的参考价值。
On the basis of analyzing pistons forming, the hammer die forging process for piston was simulated by finite element analysis software DEFORM3D. And the influences of the stress, strain and fi-iction conditions on the piston blank forming were researched; the blank shape and size were optimized. These have a certain reference value for forging process of wrought aluminum alloy piston.
