镁合金真空扩散连接研究

Study on Vacuum Diffusion Bonding of Magnesium Alloy

摘要 通过真空扩散焊工艺实现了镁合金的连接。试验结果表明:在450°C保温90 min的工艺条件下,接头的抗拉强度最高达31MPa,断口呈现典型的脆性断裂形貌。 Magnesium alloy was bonded by vacuum diffusion bonding. The results show that magnesium alloy could be bonded by vacuum diffusion bonding, and when the constant temperature is 450℃ keeping 90min, its tensile strength can reach 31Mpa, Fracture surface shows a typical brittle fracture.
