摘要
某公司生产的铸造锌合金嵌件在服役早期发生开裂,对铸件断口、材料成分、硬度和金相组织作了分析。结果表明,产品铸造工艺不当,造成铸件组织缩松甚至出现气孔等缺陷是导致铸件断裂失效的主要原因。并对复杂形状铸件的铸造工艺提出了合理化建议。
During early serving process, the zinc alloy cast wedger proudced fracture, then the material of wedger was examined by means of fi'acture furface, chemical composition, hardness and metallography. The results show that the reasons for fracture are dispersed shrinkage and blowhole caused by casting craft. Meanwhile, some reasonable advices for complicated casting were put forward.
