摘要
本文以实验方法研究自由斜角切削过程中流属平面内的切屑变形情况,并与相应的直角切削相比较,探讨将三维切削(斜角切削)向二维切削(直角切削)转化的实验分析。
In this paper, a test method is put forward to investigate the deformation of chip on the chip-flow plane during free oblique cutting. It's deformation is compared with that of corresponding orthogonal cutting. It is further explored that the test analysis of transfering threedimension cutting ( oblique cutting ) into two-dimension cutting ( orthogonal cutting).
