摘要
目的:综述磁共振成像水脂分离技术,为在临床和研究中正确选择和应用水脂分离技术提供指导。方法:介绍各种水脂分离技术的物理基础和方法,重点介绍2点和3点Dixon方法及其各种新的改进技术,在分析水脂分离技术优缺点的基础上,提供应用方面的建议。结果:完整地介绍了水脂分离技术的重要意义,各种分离方法及其操作步骤,重点介绍了Dixon方法,并提出了如何把Dixon技术和数据并行采集相结合以提高扫描速度缩短扫描时间具有临床意义。结论:虽然目前国外大公司生产的高场MRI机器上都带有Dixon成像的数据处理和分析软件,但随着技术的快速发展已经不能满足日益扩展的各种应用需求,有条件的医院,以物理师为主,自己研发Dixon后处理的算法,不但可以补充应用方面的某些空缺,更能加深对Dixon技术的深入理解;国产的MRI设备都还没有先进的Dixon技术软件,应该投资和发展这方面的技术。
Objective: To review the technology on water and fat separation technology using MRI, which guides the selection and application for research in clinical. Methods: the physics and methods of water and fat separation was Introduced in MRI, especial for 2 points and 3 points Dixon method as well as their new improved methods, and how to use the Dixon technology combined with parallel data acquisition and sensing compression data reconstruction method to shorten the scanning time was proposed, which is significant for clinical application. Conclusions: Although some oversea companies supply the software for analysis of the data by Dixon technology, but it is usually not sufficient to satisfy the clinical needs. Therefore, each hospital should develop their own technology by their medical physicists, and these national companies should put enough attention to develop this technology.
