摘要
目的:针对现有的心胸比率临床测量模式,开发一款对心胸比率的计算机辅助测量和判断软件,以提高了测量心胸比率的工作效率和准确性,减轻临床工作强度。方法:胸片的心胸比率是衡量心脏大小的重要指标之一,心胸比率是X线胸片的心影最大横径与胸廓最大的横径之比。本文首先根据现有的心胸比率临床测量方法,和临床医生的操作习惯,从中抽象出等价的计算模型,并归纳出在操作上的具体关键步骤。然后采用面向对象的可视化开发工具,将上述内容转化为响应功能模块和操作工具,进而开发并实现了一款交互式的,针对心胸比率的计算机辅助测量和判断系统,将传统的较为繁琐的部分测量、计算、以及判断工作,转换为计算机软件系统来自动完成。结果:该系统实现了对X线胸片心胸比率的交互式的辅助测量和计算,并能对测量过程和判断结果,进行图示和保存。结论:经过具体实例验证后,可以看出,借助该系统可以实现对心胸比率进行辅助测量和判断,不仅能够很好地保证了测量精度,而且又方便和直观,大大降低了临床医生的工作强度,具有很大的推广应用价值。
Objective: In view of the existing clinical cardiothoracie ratio measurement mode, the target is to develop a comput- er-aided measurement and judgment system for the cardiothoracic ratio, which can help to improve the measurement efficiency and accuracy of the cardiothoracic ratio, and also to mitigate the strength of the clinical work. Methods: Cardiothoracic ratio on the chest radiographs is a important indexes to measure the cardiac size. Cardiothoracic ratio is the ratio between the maximum transverse diameter of the heart shadow and the maximum transverse diameter of the thorax. First, we use the object-oriented visual development tool in this paper, based on the existing clinical measurement methods and operation custom, then, design and develop an interactive computer-aided measurement and judgment system for the cardiothoracie ratio. This software system can accomplish the tedious parts of the traditional measurement, calculatiori, and judgment. Results: The system realizes an in- teractive measurement and automatic calculate of the cardiothoraeic ratio, it also can save and diagram the measurement pro- cess and the judge results. Conclusions: Through specific example test and verify, with the help of this system, the cardiotho- racic ratio measurement can be accurate, and also easy and intuitive. It greatly reduces the work intensity of clinicians, so it has great application value.
