摘要
正常的泪腺功能在干眼的发生中起至关重要的作用。国内外关于性激素对泪腺功能影响的研究越来越多,性激素替代疗法被认为是干眼新的治疗方法。体内的其他激素,如来源于丘脑垂体轴的催乳素、促黑激素和促肾上腺皮质激素、黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素、促甲状腺激素和生长激素及来源于其他内分泌腺的甲状腺素、胰岛素、糖皮质激素、胰高血糖素等,对于泪腺的生长、分化、组织结构和功能活动也具有重要的影响。对体内的多种激素与泪液分泌的主要器官——泪腺的相关研究进展进行综述。
Normal function of lacrimal gland plays an important role in the dry eye syndrome. More and more attention had been given to the impact of hormones, especially sex hormones, on lacrimal structure and function. Sex hormone replacement therapy is also considered as a new approach to the treatment of dry eye syndrome. But other hormones, example coming from hypothalamic-pituitary axis such as prolactin, promote black hormone, adrenocorticotropic hormone and luteinizing hormone, follicle-stimulating hormone, thyroid stimulating hormone and growth hormone as well as thyroid element, insulin, glucocorticoid, glucagon coming from endocrine glands also are involve in growth, differentiation, organization and functional activities of lacrimal gland. A variety of hormones-related structure and function of lacromal gland are reviewed in this paper.
