摘要 目的骨质疏松症是导致老年人群高发病率和死亡率的一个主要原因,男性骨质疏松症的发病因素与女性相类似,流行病学调查显示:性腺机能减退,正在或曾经接受过糖皮质激素治疗,某些胃肠疾病,VitD缺乏,应用抗惊厥药物治疗,高尿钙症,以及酗酒是引起男性骨质疏松症最常见的原因。 Osteoporosis is a main cause leading to high morbidity and mortality in the elderly population. The pathogenic factors of male osteoporosis are similar to those in the female. Epidemiological surveys reveal that hypogonadism, current or past therapy with glucocorticoid, some gastrointestinal diseases, vitamin D deficiency, anti-convulsion drug therapy, hypercalciuria, and alcohol abuse are the most common causes of male osteoporosis.
