摘要
针对西江24-3、23-1和30-2油田产液及油田群混合产液的特点,研制出了一种新型破乳剂BH-137。现场评价试验表明,与3个油田在用的破乳剂相比,新型破乳剂BH-137具有脱水速率快,终脱水率高的优势。现场应用试验表明,在比现场原用破乳剂用量降低的情况下,新型破乳剂BH-137在西江24-3油田仍能保持与原用破乳剂相当的处理效果,而在西江23-1油田及"海洋石油115"号FPSO和西江30-2油田表现了比原用破乳剂更好的处理效果。目前新型破乳剂BH-137已经在整个西江油田群实现工业应用。
Based on the characteristics of fluids pro- duced of XJ24-3, XJ23-1, XJ30-2 oilfields and their mixture, a new demulsifier named BH-137 was de- veloped. The results of bottle tests on all the above-mentioned three platforms showed that BH- 137 had faster dehydrating velocity and higher de- hydrating efficiency compared to the former used demulsifier. The demulsifier BH-137 has been used successfully in XJ24-3, XJ23-1, XJ30-2 oilfields and "Haiyangshiyou 115" FPSO, and the results showed that with a lower dosage, BH-137 still could give much better effects in XJ23-1, XJ30-2 oilfields and "Haiyangshiyou 115" FPSO, and same effects in XJ24-3 oilfield than former used de- mulsifiers. At present, the demulsifier BH-137 has been applied commercially in all Xijiang oilfields.
