摘要
目的:研究缺氧诱导因子HIF-1α在食管癌中的表达,及其与肿瘤血管生成之间的关系。方法:选取43例食管癌和10例癌旁组织,运用免疫组化方法,采用HIF-lα单克隆抗体检测缺氧诱导因子HIF-1α的表达,以及CD34单克隆抗体测定间质微血管密度(MVD)。结果:HIF-1α在大多数食管癌细胞质中表达,HIF-1α的表达和肿瘤的浸润深度以及远处转移呈正相关,与肿瘤的MVD呈正相关。结论:HIF-1α的表达与食管癌的浸润及淋巴结转移有关,其机制可能与HIF-1α过度表达促进肿瘤血管的生成相关。
Objective:To detect the expression of HIF-1α as study well as its relationship with angiogenesis in esophageal cancer.Methods: The expressions of HIF-1α in 10 normal tissues and 43 esophageal cancer were detected by using immunohistochemisty,and stromal microvessel density(MVD) was counted according to the results of CD34 by using immunohistochemisty.Results:The majority of esophageal cancer expressed HIF-1α in the cytoplasm.There was positive correlation between HIF-1α expression in the cytoplasm and tumor infiltration depth.Expression of HIF-1α was positively correlated with MVD in immunoreation.Conclusion:HIF-1α may play an important role in angiogenesis and tumor progression by regulating the tumor angiogenesis in esophageal cancer
