带蒂背阔肌肌皮瓣修复保乳术后乳房缺损

To repair breast defect after conserving surgery of breast with pedicled latissimus dorsi muscle flap

目的:探讨乳腺癌保乳手术既能彻底切除肿瘤,又能使乳房外形完好的可行性。方法:收集我科2007年8月至2010年8月乳腺癌保乳术后,采用部分带蒂背阔肌肌皮瓣转移修复乳房缺损的40例乳腺癌患者的临床资料,分析该术式的特点及适应证。结果:应用该方法修复乳房缺损后形态良好,术后随访12-48个月,所有病例均无局部复发及远处转移。结论:该术式简单、安全,修复后乳房外形美观、效果良好。本术式亦可用于乳腺肉瘤及乳房良性病变切除术后乳房缺损较大影响乳房外形者。

Objective：To explore the possibility of aesthetic outcome after breast-conserving surgery.Methods：The clinical data of 40 breast cancer cases came from our department during 2007-8 to 2010-8,all the patients undergoing conservative surgery had breast reconstructions with part latissimus dorsi musculocutaneous flap.Results： Patients were all satisfied with the cosmetic outcome.The 12-48 months follow-up hadn＇t found recurrence and metastasis.Conclusion： This technique was safe,simple and effective,also can be used for breast tumor patients with bad appearance after operation.
