奈达铂化疗联合同期放疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌临床疗效分析

Clinical efficacy of nedaplatin chemotherapy and concurrent radiotherapy in the treatment on advanced cervical cancer

目的:分析评价奈达铂化疗联合同期放疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的临床疗效和不良反应。方法:对158例中晚期宫颈癌患者,随机分为奈达铂化疗联合放疗治疗组(A组)66例,顺铂化疗联合放疗治疗组(B组)50例,单纯放疗治疗组(C组)42例。A组为实验组,B、C组为对照组。结果:A组与B组疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),A组与C组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组与B组不良反应比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:奈达铂化疗联合同期放疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌疗效好,不良反应小,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical outcome and side effects of nidaplatinum combined radiation in advanced cervical cancer.Methods：All 158 cases of cervical cancer patients were divided into three groups at random,nedaplatinum chemotherapy combined radiotherapy group（group A） 66 cases,cisplatin chemotherapy combined radiotherapy group（group B） 50 cases,only radiotherapy group（group C） 42 cases.A was the experimental group,B and C as control groups.Results：The clinical outcome between group A and B had no statistical significance（P0.05）,the clinical outcome between group A and C had statistical significance（P 0.05）,the side effects between group A and B had statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion：Nedaplatinum combined radiation therapy in middle-late stage cerical cancer was effective with less side effects.
