摘要
目的:探讨健身气功·八段锦练习对老年人肠道菌群影响的规律。方法:选取45名老年人进行6个月健身气功·八段锦练习,在专业辅导员带领下,每周练习6次,每次40~50 min。通过活菌定量培养计数法,分别在开始练习前、练习3个月时、练习6个月时,留取受试者早晨空腹新鲜粪便一次,进行菌落稀释、培养、鉴定、计数,监测粪便菌群的变化。结果:与练习前相比,老年男性和女性练习3个月时,双歧杆菌、类杆菌数量和B/E值显著上升(P<0.05);练习6个月时,双歧杆菌、类杆菌和乳酸杆菌数量及B/E比值极显著上升(P<0.01),肠杆菌和梭杆菌数量极显著下降(P<0.01),肠球菌数量显著下降(P<0.05)。与练习3个月时相比,练习6个月时双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌数量和B/E比值显著上升(P<0.05),肠杆菌、梭杆菌和肠球菌数量显著下降(P<0.05)。结论:健身气功·八段锦练习可以对老年人肠道菌群的生长、繁殖产生积极影响,改善肠道微生态平衡,增强对抗外源病原菌定植和抑制内源条件致病菌过度生长的能力,提高胃肠道生理功能,起到健康促进作用。
Objective To explore the effect of Baduanjin (a gymnastic Qigong) exercise on intestinal flora of the aged. Methods 45 subjects,aged 63.1±3.6 yrs,were selected in the study. They practiced Baduanjin 40-50 minutes per day,6 days per week for 6 months. The fresh excrement of the subjects was collected in the morning before starting Baduanjin exercise, and 3 and 6 months after exercise. Flora in the excrement was inoculated,identified and counted. Results After 3-month practice,the quantity of Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and the value Enterobacter and Fusobacterium decreased of B/E increased significantly (P 〈 0.05); the quantity of significantly (P 〈 0.01 ),and the quantity of Enterococcus decreased significantly (P 〈 0.05). As compared with 3-month exercise,the quantity of Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus and the value of B/E increased significantly (P 〈 0.05),and the quantity of Enterobacter, Fusobacterium and Enterococcus decreased significantly (P 〈 0.05) after 6-month exercise. Conclusion The Baduanjin exercise has the beneficial influence on the breeding and growth of intestinal flora, improving intestinal micro-ecological balance and strengthening the ability of inhibiting the exogenous pathogen and the excessive growth of endogenous pathogen in the aged.
