心脏分子标志物脑钠肽和氨基末端脑钠肽前体与耐力运动研究进展
摘要
脑钠肽（brain natriuretic peptide．BNP）和氨基末端脑钠肽前体（amino-terminal proBNP，NT-proBNP）是由BNP基因表达的两种产物。主要由心室肌细胞合成与分泌。BNP是一种强大的心血管活性物质，对心血管系统具有保护作用．然而NT-proBNP无生物学活性。
