人类的实践活动,总是受着真理尺度和价值尺度的制约,而文化也不例外。任何优秀的文化,尤其是人民广为传颂的,必然是真理尺度和价值尺度的统一,是客观实际与人们需求相匹配的结果。自有文化以来,文字就书写着历史,表达着现实。文化既是历史的再现,又是百姓生活的真实写照,是百姓心灵的歌唱。审读文化中的百姓声音,倾听民心民意,真正为人民服务,这既是为官为政之道,是人民希望幸福之所在,又是大众文化闪烁时代光芒之所在。

The practical activities of human beings are always restricted by the measure of truth and value.Culture is no exception.Any excellent culture espcially those widely advocated by the people must be the unification of the measure of truth and value and the matching result of objective practice and people＇s needs.Since the existence of culture,we use language to record history and to reflect reality.Culture is the reproduction of history,the real reflection of people＇s life and the singing out of people＇s inner world.It is the principle of being an official,the people＇s desired happiness and the shining point in the age of sparking mass culture to listen to the people＇s voice in culture,to read the people＇s mind and to serve the people whole-heartedly.
