摘要
大学生是青年的中坚力量,大学生法律信仰的建构对国人法律信仰的培育意义深远。文章从近几年发生的大学生恶性案件说起,深入分析了当代大学生缺失法律信仰的原因,阐明了构建大学生法律信仰的具体路径。目的是让法律信仰植根于大学生内心深处,进一步推动中国的法治现代化进程。
College students are the backbone of the youth. The construction of college students＇ legal faith is of far-reaching significance to the cultivation of the Chinese legal faith. By discussing the malignant cases occurred in recent years, the article analyzes the reason of the contemporary college students ＇ lack of legal faith, and expounds specific measures of constructing college students＇ legal faith. Our purpose is to let the legal faith root in the college students＇ hearts, and to further promote the rule of law in Chinese modernization.
