摘要
本文首先用有限元法对金属切削刀具温度场进行了理论分析,列出了计算公式,然后对典型的刀具进行了数值计算及实验对比。结果表明,有限元法能正确地计算切削刀具温度场。切削速度是影响刀具温度场最重要的因素,刀具材料及刀具与外界的换热系数对刀具温度场亦生产影响。最后,文中还指出了降低刀具切削温度的有效途径。
The finite element method is applied for analysing the temperature distribution in cutting tools, the calculating equations are given. Then, for typical cutting tools, temperature distribution are calculated and compared with experiment results. It is shown that the finite element method can be used to calculate the cutting temperature distribution accurately, the cutting speed is a very important factor for cutting temperature, the cutting materials and heat transfer coefficient have influence on the temperature distribution also. The efficient way for deducing the cutting temperature are studied.
