基于“卓越工程师教育培养计划”的机械类专业校企合作研究——以湖南工程学院为例

Study on School-enterprise Cooperation of Mechanical Engineering Based on Outstanding Engineers Education Training Plan——Taking Hunan Institute of Engineering as an Example

从湖南工程学院机械设计制造及其自动化专业"卓越工程师教育培养计划"的培养目标入手,以能力培养为主线,介绍了机械类专业校企合作的基础、创新性、师资队伍建设、课程整合以及交流能力培养的方法与途径,积极进行教学改革,特别是实践教学环节的改革,探索应用型本科学校机械类专业"卓越工程师"校企合作的培养模式。

Based on the training goal of the outstanding engineers education training plan for the mechanical de- sign, manufacturing and automation of Hunan Institute of Engineering, the basis of school-enterprise cooperation, the training of the students^originality, the construction of the teaching team, the course integration and the training of the communication ability are introduced in this paper. The teaching reform, especially the practice teaching re- form, is conducted and the training mode of the school-enterprise cooperation for the mechanical engineering of ap- plication- oriented university is explored.
