摘要
针对传统船舶中央冷却系统海水泵能耗费过高的现象,本文根据水泵相似原理与传热学原理提出海水泵组变频调速控制的设计方案以实现节能目的,并要求改善新造船能效设计指数(EEDI)。利用某型57000吨散货船设计参数,按照EEDI公式计算得出该方案对EEDI的影响并进行了投资收益分析。研究结果表明,使用变频调速技术可以有效降低船舶能效设计指数并在半年内通过节省的燃油费用收回附加投资,具有广阔的市场前景。
In order to remedy the problem of high operation cost of traditional marine central cooling system,a design proposal of seawater pumps with frequency conversion technology is presented according to the similarity principle of the pump and heat transfer theory.The beneficial of the design over Energy Efficiency Design Index(EEDI)is calculated on the basis of the EEDI formula by using the design parameters of a 57 000 t bulk carrier.The return on investment is also analyzed.Research results show that the application of variable frequency technology on marine central cooling system can effectively improve the energy efficiency of the ship.The additional investment can be recovered in six months by saving fuel oil consumption.Market prospects of the energy saving system are quite positive.
