射电三期淡水供给系统安全经济性综合改造

摘要 火电厂淡水供给系统的安全经济性,直接影响到整个发电机组的安全经济性。本文通过深入分析射阳港电厂(以下简称"射电")三期淡水供给系统投产以来的运行现状,找到了其存在的工业水池容量小、工业废水回收利用率低、凝结水精处理耗水量大等不足。从而制定对策、综合改造,并取得了显著的安全效益和经济效益。本文对同类电厂淡水供给系统的运行管理和检修维护具有借鉴作用。 Security and economy of fresh water supply system of the thermal power plant,directly affect its safety and economy of the whole generating sets.In the paper,deeply analyzing the operating state of the fresh water supplied system in the third stage of Sheyanggang Power Plant(hereinafter referred to as the "Shedian"),we can find some defects such as its small existing industrial pool capacity,low rate of industrial wastewater recycling utilization,large water consumption for fine treatment of condensate water and so on.We can also develop some countermeasures to comprehensively reform the system to obtain remarkable safety and economic benefits.The viewpoints in the paper can be used as some reference by other similar plants in operational management and overhaul maintenance of fresh water supply system.
