摘要 从小麦近缘植物柱穗山羊草中克隆得到一个特殊的类燕麦储藏蛋白(Avenin-like protein)基因。其编码区比已知的类燕麦储藏蛋白编码基因长200 bp左右,是迄今发现的最大的类燕麦储藏蛋白,将其命名为AL-Y127。通过与已知的类燕麦储藏蛋白基因比较后发现,该蛋白家族在信号肽、N末端和C末端具有很高的保守性,而在重复区中则具有较大的序列差异。AL-Y127中有26个半胱氨酸残基,远多于已知的avenin-like蛋白中的半胱氨酸残基数目,这些半胱氨酸残基可能会参与形成更多的二硫键,有利于提高面粉的加工品质。 A novel avenin -like gene was cloned from Aegilops cylindrical. Its coding region the gene was 200 bp longer than that of published avenin - like gene and it was named AL - Y127. This gene is the largest avenin - like gene so far. It showed that the signal peptide, N - terminal domain and C - terminal domain of avenin - like protein were highly conservative by comparing AL - Y127 and the other published avenin - like proteins. The repetitive domain displayed more variation based on protein sequence alignment. There were 26 cysteine residues in AL - Y127, which were much more than these of the avenin - like proteins in other species; they may form more disulfide bond which have the positive role in the processing quality of flour.
