摘要 为研究壳聚糖包衣对提高花生抗性的作用机理,本实验用壳聚糖溶液(Chitosan Solution,CS)对不同品种花生种子包衣,测定在萌发阶段花生种子内的苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、过氧化物酶(POD)等主要防御酶活性的变化。结果表明,壳聚糖可明显提高花生种子PAL、PPO、POD的活性,并且不同浓度的壳聚糖溶液包衣促进效果不同,各品种最适合的壳聚糖浓度也不同。表明外源壳聚糖处理可使花生种子防御酶活性增加,增强花生抗病性。 In order to study the mechanisms of chitosan cover on increasing the resistance of peanut, different cultivars of peanut seeds were covered with chitosan solution, and then the activity variation of PAL, PPO and POD were determined and analyzed during the germination period. The results showed that the activities of these three enzymes in peanut seeds increased significantly after treated with chitosan. The effect was different with different concentrations of chitosan, and the optimal chitosan concentration for different peanut cuhivars was also different. In conclusion, chitosan could increase the activities of defense enzymes in peanut seeds, and then increased the peanut resistance to diseases.
