摘要
本文从人类记忆系统的双重认知加工过程模型出发,提出了关于问题解决中的启发式的理论分析框架,梳理了启发式的概念内涵及其在问题解决过程中的作用机制,并根据问题解决者所拥有的知识类型差异界定了四种类别的启发式,以此对已有的启发式研究进行整合和拓展。
Based on the dual-processing model of human memory system,this paper introduces an analytic framework about heuristics in problem solving in order to clarify the concept's connotation and mechanism.The paper also defines four categories of heuristics according to the problem solvers' knowledge so that it could integrate the existing researches on heuristics.
