我国技术哲学文化转向的实证研究——“三大期刊”与“两大中心”技术文化类论文分析

An Empirical Research on the Cultural Turn of Philosophy of Technology in China:The Analysis of Papers on Technology and Culture Published by Three Professional Journals and Submitted by Two Research Centers

1980年以来,自然辩证法通讯、自然辩证法研究、科学技术与辩证法(科学技术哲学研究)三大专业期刊刊发的技术哲学论文,山西大学和东北大学两大科技哲学研究中心发表的技术哲学论文,折射出了我国技术哲学研究兴趣的变化轨迹和技术哲学文化转向的发展趋势。技术哲学的文化转向促进科技与人文的沟通与融合,将技术工具价值与人文价值并轨推行。从技术的哲学研究扩展到技术文化的哲学研究,提供了一种理解人的生存和社会发展的思维新视角。

The papers of philosophy of technology published on the three professional journals which are Journal of Dialectics of Nature,Studies in Dialectics of Nature and Science,Science Technology and Dialectics(it has been renamed to Studies in Philosophy of Science and Technology now) since 1980,and the papers submitted by the two Research Centers for Philosophy of Science and Technology which separately belongs to Shanxi University and Northeastern University,shows the change of research interest in the philosophy of technology in China and the developmental trend toward the culture-oriented philosophy of technology.The cultural turn of philosophy of technology is promoting the communication and integration between science and humanity,and has enhanced the instrumental value and humanity value of technology at the same time.Furthermore,it has expanded the philosophy of technology to the philosophy of culture of technology,which will provide a new perspective to understanding the survival of human and the development of society.
