摘要
采用热场扫描电子显微镜和电化学工作站对不同冷却速率制备的铸态Pb-Ag合金的微观组织和电化学腐蚀行为进行了测试。结果表明,水冷方式会显著提高环形胞状物边界的含量,从而降低合金在电积锌液中的耐蚀性。
The microstructure and electrochemical corrosion behavior of as cast Pb-Ag alloy prepared at different cooling rates were studied by field emission SEM (FESEM) and electrochemical workstation. The results show that the water-cooled lead alloy can obviously increase the faction of cellular boundaries and consequently decrease the corrosion resistance of lead alloy in zinc electrowinning.
