浅析英国职业教育BTEC课业法在函授教育中的运用

摘要 函授教育的特殊性表征为教学形式的特殊性、教育对象的特殊性和教学效果的不确定性。"以学生为中心"的英国职业教育BTEC课业教学模式既可以弥补函授教育的不足之处,又可以有效缓解函授学生工作、学习和家庭之间的矛盾,减少在职函授学生的流失。函授教育课业教学法的设计一定要遵循针对性、实用性、职业性、渐进性和延伸性等原则。函授教育课业教学法的实施路径体现在四个方面:优化课程设置,改进教学计划;建立课业教学团队,提高教师素质;完善办学条件,改革教学方式;试行学年学分制。 Correspondence education is characterized by teaching form particularity,special nature of the educational object and the teaching effect uncertainty.British vocational education BTEC assignment teaching mode which advocates 'students are centred ' can not only make up for the deficiency of correspondence education,but also effectively alleviate conflicts which correspondence students must face in his working,his learning and his family.In this sense,the loss of incumbent correspondence students can be reduced.Correspondence education assignment teaching design must be targeted,practical,professional,progressive and extensive.Correspondence education assignment teaching can be carried out according to the following four aspects,firstly,optimizing the curriculum and improving teaching plan;secondly,establishing assignment teaching team and promoting teachers' quality;thirdly,perfecting correspondence condition and changing teaching methods;fourthly,implementing the school year credit system.
