Synthesis of vanillin catalyzed by copper-complexes

摘要 以3-溴-4-羟基苯甲醛为原料,经亲核取代反应合成标题化合物。通过正交对照试验进行条件优化,在催化剂为无水CuCl2,配体为L-脯氨酸,温度为120℃,反应时间为8 h的条件下,产物收率达92.3%,其结构用1HNMR、13CNMR进行了表征。 Vanillin was synthesized by using 3-bromo-4- hydroxyphenylformaldehyde as raw material. The optimal reaction conditions were obtained by orthogonal parallel experiment as follows:the overall yield of target compound reached to 92. 3% by using L-proline as ligand, anhydrous copper chloride as catalyst, and reaction temperature was controlled at 120℃. The structure of target compound was confimed by 1^HNMR and 13^CNMR.
