双吗啉手性季铵盐相转移催化剂的合成

摘要 从天然易得的原料L-酒石酸出发,经过酯化、羟基保护、胺化、还原、烷基化、关环、成盐等合成反应,以较好的总收率得到手性季铵盐相转移催化剂双吗啉,它的结构通过红外、核磁共振、质谱及元素分析确证。 Bimorpholine chiral quaternary salt as phase transfer catalyst was synthesized starting from natural L-tartaric acid via esterization, hydroxyl propection, amidation ; reduction,alkylation,cyclization and salification. The structure was confirmed by IR, 1^HNMR, 13^CNMR, ESI-MS and element analysis. A good total yield can be obtained easily.
