摘要
合成了标题化合物。其结构经元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振谱证实。研究表明,在碱性介质中,该试剂于λex/λem=248 nm/304 nm产生荧光,且能与Co(Ⅱ)配合并发生荧光增强,基于此,建立了(BBPDDP)对Co(Ⅱ)的新荧光分析法。该方法的线性范围为6×10-9~9.0×10-7mol/L,检测限为9×10-9mol/L。将其应用于维生素B12注射液的测定,结果满意。
A new fluorescence reagent of bis [ 3-( 3,5-dibro- rno-pyridine) diazoamino]-biphenyl(BBPDDP) has been synthesized. The structure was confirmed by elemental analysis, I HNMR and IR. A chelate complex was formed by the reaction between BBPDDP and Co( Ⅱ ) in a weak basic medium, which resulted in fluorescence enhancement. The excitation and emission wave lengths of BBPDDP/Co ( Ⅱ ) system was 248 nm and 304 nm in a basic medium,respectively. It could be used to determine trace Co( Ⅱ ).
