摘要
研究了以苯乙烯、乙酸为原料,稀土溴化物为催化剂一步合成标题化合物的新工艺。催化剂的量为苯乙烯的1.3%(物质的量分数),反应温度为110℃,反应8 h。苯乙烯转化率达50%,标题化合物的选择性达90%。该反应体系不仅条件温和,且选择性高。而催化剂和回收的原料可循环使用,节约资源,符合绿色化学要求。
One-step synthesis of styrallyl acetate from styrene and acetic acid catalyzed by rare earth bromide was investigated. The amount of catalyst is 1.3 ( mole fraction) percent of styrene,the reaction temperature is 110 ℃ and the reaction time is 8 hours. On such conditions,the conversion rate of styrene and selectivity rate of styrallyl acetate can be reached to 50% and 90%. This method is run in mild reaction conditions with high selectivity rate. The remaining raw material and catalyst can be recycled, which meets the requirement of green chemistry.
