摘要
报道了气相色谱法测定蔬菜和水果中残留蚜灭磷的方法。选取芹菜、萝卜、马铃薯、苹果、桃、香蕉和柑橘7种蔬菜和水果为研究对象,考察了不同提取体系对蚜灭磷测定的影响。结果表明,试样以乙腈提取,经DB-1701毛细管色谱柱(30m×0.25mm×0.25μm)分离,磷滤光片检测器(FPD)测定。方法线性范围为0.05~1.0mg/L(r=0.999 98)。检出限(S/N=3)为0.01mg/kg。加标水平为0.05、0.1和0.20mg/kg时平均回收率为84.24%~109.96%,相对标准偏差为4.67%~9.99%。该方法快速、灵敏、准确,适合蔬菜和水果中残留蚜灭磷的测定。
A gas chromatographic method was used for the determination of vamidothion residue in vegetables and fruits including celery, radish, potato, apple, peach, banana and orange. The effects of extraction reagent and different chromatographic conditions were investigated, respectively. The result indicated that vamidothion could be efficiently extracted from vegetable and fruit samples by acetonitrile, and then analyzed by gas chromatography using DB-1701 capillary column(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 um) for separation and flame photometric detector with phosphorous optical filter. The calibration curve showed a good linearity for vamidothion concentration in the range of 0.05-1.0 mg/L with the detection limit of 0. 01 mg/kg (S/N = 3). Average recoveries of vamidothion from vegetable and fruit matrices spiked at three concentration levels of 0.05,0.10 and 0.20 mg/kg ranged from 84.24%-109.96% with relative standard deviations of 4.67%-9.99%. The proposed method was rapid, sensitive, accurate and has been applied to the determination of vamidothion in vegetable and fruit samples with satisfactory results.
