摘要
建立了凝胶色谱(GPC)净化、气相色谱-串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)多反应监测模式同时测定油脂食品中18种邻苯二甲酸酯的方法。优化了前处理和分析条件,样品加标浓度在2mg/kg时的回收率在80%~120%之间,相对标准偏差均小于10%,检出限为5μg/kg,定量限为20μg/kg,在20~1 000μg/mL范围内,具有良好的线性关系,能够满足大量样品快速准确分析的需要。
A new multiresidue method has been developed and validated for the simultaneous analysis of 18 phthalic acid esters(PAEs) in food by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC/MS/MS). Gel permeation chromatography(GPC) was used prior to GC MS/MS analysis. Average recoveries of the 18 organic compounds spiked at 40ug/kg into oil sample were typically in the range of 80%-120% with relative standard deviations generally less than 10%. Limits of detection(LODs) for PAEs were 5 ug/kg and limits of quantification(LOQs) ranged from 20ug/kg to 1 000 ug/kg.
