摘要
为了在工件表面获得最佳的熔覆层,以40CrNi2MoA钢为基材、Ni35和Ni25为粉末,采用不同工艺参数进行了激光熔覆,检测了熔覆层的组织结构,分析了其随熔覆工艺参数变化的规律,确定了最佳工艺条件。结果表明:采用最佳熔覆工艺修复工件可得到组织致密、无裂纹、无气孔的熔覆层;熔覆层与基体呈优良的冶金结合。
Ni35 powder and Ni25 powder were used to prepare laser cladding coatings on 40CrNi2MoA substrate under different laser cladding parameters.The composition and structure of as-prepared laser cladding coatings were analyzed,and the effect of laser cladding parameters on the microstructure of the cladding coatings was investigated.Furthermore,the optimal laser cladding parameters were determined.Results indicate that a compact laser cladding coating without crack and hole can be prepared on substrate surface under the optimal laser cladding parameters.As-obtained laser cladding coating is bonded with the substrate through a metallurgical bonding layer thereby showing good adhesion to substrate.
