亚波长微纳光学的前沿研究(二)

摘要 结合薄膜光学、导波光学和衍射光学制备的亚波长微纳结构器件,具备制作新型功能光学元件的潜力,是当今光学领域备受关注的研究热点。笔者介绍了亚波长导模共振结构应用于可调谐滤波器、彩色图像再现,及其周期性孔阵列结构制备的可调谐滤波器。这些研究展示了微纳米尺度的光学结构不同于宏观尺度的新特征,及其在新技术的广阔前景和科技创新中的重要作用。 Subwavelength micro-nano structure devices combined with thin film optics, guided-wave optics and diffractive optics had the potential to produce new functional optical components. It became one of the most popular fields in the current scientific re- search and industrial development. This paper describes the charac- teristics of subwavelength guided-mode resonant structure and the applications of tunable filter, colored image reproduction. Moreo- ver, the design and fabrication processing of the terahertz filter are also presented with periodic microstructure. All of the results showed the new features of the micro and nano-scale optical structure are different from the macroscopic scale. Micro-nano optical devices played an important role in new technology and presented broad prospects of science and technology.
