摘要
介绍了喷丝板微孔刀具检测仪的检测原理;对喷丝板微孔刀具检测仪的自动化检测系统进行了研究,该检测系统硬件主要由工业计算机、三轴精密运动平台、运动控制卡、图像采集系统等组成;系统软件采用美国NI公司的Labview作为开发平台,根据喷丝板微孔刀具的特点设计了刀具检测流程,并对软件设计过程中的各种注意事项进行了阐述。结果表明:该检测仪运行可靠、每个参数的检测速度可达10 s,检测微孔直径长度精度可达±1μm,检测角度精度可达±0.5°,有效的解决了喷丝板微孔刀具的自动化检测。
The detection principle of spinneret micro-hole tool automatic inspection instrument was introduced. An automatic detection system for spinneret micro-hole tool was studied. The hardware dominantly comprised industrial computer, three-axis precision motion platform, movement control card and image acquisition system. Using Labview of American NI Company as the platform, a tool inspection program was designed according to the characteristics of spinneret micro-hole tool. The precautions were described on software design. The results showed that this instrument was reliable with the detection speed up to 10 s per parameter and the detection precisions of ±1 /μm for micro-hole diameter and ±0.5°for angle, which was an efficient solution for automatic spinneret micro-hole tool inspection.
