摘要
对丙纶全拉伸丝(FDY)设备进行改造,并优化生产工艺,生产了PA6中低旦工业丝。结果表明:通过对切片氮气保护、单体抽吸、上油、热辊外套、喷丝板等设备改造,采用相对黏度约2.8的PA6切片,控制纺丝温度(278±5)℃,侧吹风速度(0.35±0.05)m/s,侧吹风温度18℃,相对湿度90%,拉伸倍数4.4,拉伸热辊温度65~190℃,生产467 dtex/70 f PA6工业丝,生产稳定,纤维断裂强度6.72 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率21.63%,完全能够满足用户的要求。
Low- and medium-denier PA6 industrial yarns were produced on a PP fully-drawn yarn(FDY) plant by technological innovation and process optimization. The results showed that the PA6 industrial yarn of 467 dtex/70 f can be produced smoothly, which completely satisfied the demand of customers with the breaking strength 6.72 cN/dtex and elongation at break 21.63%, by reforming the chip nitrogen protection, monomer suction unit, oiling method, hot roller shell and spinneret under the conditions as followed: PA6 chip with the relative viscosity about 2.8, spinning temperature (278 ± 5) ℃, cross air blow speed (0.35 ± 0.05) m/s, temperature 18 ℃ and relative humidity 90%, draw ratio 4.4, and hot roller temperature 65 - 190 ℃.
