摘要
为了提高3YPSZ陶瓷的强度和韧性,先研究了Al2O3的加入量对3YPSZ陶瓷力学性能的影响,结果表明,当Al2O3含量为25wt%时,3YPSZ陶瓷综合力学性能最佳,抗弯强度为582.4MPa,维氏硬度15.4GPa,断裂韧性为6.6MPa.m1/2。再将Al2O3的含量控制在25wt%,通过改变Co(NO3)2.6H2O添加剂的含量来研究3YPSZ-25wt%Al2O3陶瓷材料力学性能的变化,研究发现,当Co3O4的引入量为0.25wt%时,3YPSZ-25wt%Al2O3陶瓷材料综合力学性能最佳,抗弯强度为623.5MPa,维氏硬度为16.9GPa,断裂韧性为7.2MPa.m1/2。并利用XRD和SEM等表征方法分析了Co(NO3)2.6H2O添加剂对材料力学性能和显微组织结构的影响。
In order to increase the strength and toughness of 3YPSZ ceramics,the effects of Al2O3 as another phase on 3YPSZ ceramics were investigated.The results showed that,when the content of Al2O3 was 25wt%,the properties of 3YPSZ were superior,the bending strength was 582.4MPa,the vickers hardness was 15.4GPa,and the fracture toughness was 6.6 MPa.m1/2.And then the content of Al2O3 was constantly at 25wt%,we studied on the changes of the mechanical properties of 3YPSZ-25wt%Al2O3 ceramics when the content of Co(NO3)2·6H2O was changed.The results showed that,when the content of Co3O4 was 0.25wt%,the properties of 3YPSZ-25wt%Al2O3 were superior,the bending strength was 623.5MPa,the vickers hardness was 16.9GPa,and the fracture toughness was 7.2MPa.m1/2.Then the effects of Co(NO3)2·6H2O as additives on the mechanical properties and microstructure were analyzed by XRD and SEM.
