摘要
以天然植物原料为主剂,通过对植物胶体系各组分的优化,经过工艺处理,合成一种环保型可多次交联的调堵剂,最佳合成条件为:增强剂、黄原胶质量比3:1,二者总加量2%,稳定剂加量0.3%,90℃加热90 min。对植物胶的性能测试结果表明,该植物胶的成胶时间11.6~16.1h可调;当矿化度小于30 g/L时,冻胶为高强度植物胶,可应用于地层温度50 90℃的油藏。剪切前后植物胶的强度分别为-2.8、-3.0,恢复时间为40 min,强度保留率92.86%,剪切恢复能力较好。对不同渗透率岩心的封堵率大于99%,残余阻力系数大于250,封堵能力较高,冲刷稳定性较好。
Through the optimization of each component, an environmentally friendly multiple cross-linked profile control agent was developed taking natural plant materials as the main agent. The optimum conditions of synthesis was obtained as follows : 2% a combination of reinforcing agent and xanthan gum in mass ratio 3:1, 0.3% stabilizer, 90℃ heating temperature and 90 rain heating time. Performance test results of the vegetable gum showed that gelling time of vegetable gum was adjustable from 11.6 h to 16.1 h. When the salinity was less than 30 g/L, the gel became high-strength vegetable gum which could be applied to the reservoir with formation temperature of 50---90℃ o The strength of the gum before and after shearing was - 2.8 and - 3.0, respectively. The recovery time was of 40 min and strength retention rate was of 92.86%. The recovery ability after shearing was good. The plugging rate for different permeability core was greater than 99%, and residual resistance factor was greater than 250. The gum had high strength of plugging and nice performance of flushing resistance.
