“一测多评”法测定卷叶贝母中生物碱类成分含量 被引量:5

摘要 采用HPLC-ELSD建立卷叶贝母的"一测多评"法,同时测定其中贝母乙素和贝母甲素。以贝母乙素(Peimi-nine)作为内标物建立贝母甲素(Peimine)的相对校正因子,采用校正因子计算卷叶贝母中贝母甲素的含量;同时采用外标法测定贝母乙素和贝母甲素,以验证"一测多评"法的准确性和适用性。结果表明卷叶贝母中"一测多评"法的计算结果与外标法的实测值之间没有显著性差异,实验所得的校正因子可信。因此,在对照品缺乏时,"一测多评"的质量评价模式在卷叶贝母的多指标质量评价中得到验证,可以用于贝母类药材的含量测定。 This study was to develop a new method of quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker (QAMS) for simultaneously determining Peiminine and Peimine in Fritillaria cirrhosa D. Don. Using Peiminine as the internal marker,the relative correction factor (RCF) of Peimine was determined by HPLC-ELSD with good reproducibility,and the content of Peimine was also calculated according to the RCF. The contents of Peiminine and Peimine in the 4 samples of Fritillariae bulbs were authentically determined by the external standard method. The results indicated that no significant differences were observed between the quantitative results of QAMS method and external standard method,and then the RCF was credible. Therefore,it was a convenient and accurate method to determine multi-components when some authentic standard substances were unavailable. It can be used to control the quality of Fritillariae bulbs.
