健肺丸补气润肺和镇咳祛痰功效的研究

Study on the effects of Jianfei pill on Buqi Runfei,antitussive and apophlegmatic

目的评价健肺丸与其功效相关的药效作用。方法用氨水致小鼠咳嗽、枸橼酸致豚鼠咳嗽等模型,评价健肺丸的止咳作用;用小鼠酚红试验以及大鼠毛细管排痰法测定排痰量,评价健肺丸的祛痰作用;ip 40 mg.kg-1环磷酰胺,复制免疫功能低下的小鼠模型,加以2,4-二硝基氟苯刺激以观察药物对免疫功能的影响;采用烟熏复制小鼠肺气虚模型观察药物的补气作用。结果 7.5、3.75 g.kg-1健肺丸均可显著延长氨水致小鼠咳嗽的潜伏期,各剂量可显著延长枸橼酸致豚鼠咳嗽的潜伏期;7.5 g.kg-1健肺丸可显著增加小鼠气管酚红排泌量,7.5、3.75 g.kg-1健肺丸可显著促进大鼠痰液排泌;7.5 g.kg-1健肺丸能够非常显著地提高免疫功能低下小鼠的耳片肿胀度;3.75、1.875 g.kg-1健肺丸能够增加肺气虚模型小鼠的体重,亦可显著降低肺气虚小鼠肺泡壁的厚度、显著减少其炎性细胞的浸润。结论健肺丸具有一定的镇咳、祛痰作用,并能提高肺气虚小鼠的免疫力。

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the pharmacodynamic effects of Jianfei pill,and to support its clinical usage.METHODS The cough induced by ammonia in mice and citric acid in guinea pig were used to observe the antitussive effect of Jianfei pill.Mice phenol redexpectoration test and rat capillary test were carried out to measure apophlegmatic capacity of Jianfei pill.Immunosuppression test induced by CTX and DNFB was operated to investigate the effect of Jianfei pill on immunoregulation.Mice Feiqi deficiency model was used to observe the effect of Jianfei pill on Buqi.RESULTS 7.5,3.75 g·kg-1 dosage of Jianfei pill prolonged cough latent period in mice significantly.7.5,3.75 and 1.875 g·kg-1 dosage all prolonged cough latent period in guinea pigs significantly.7.5 g·kg-1 dose increased the excretion of phenol in mice significantly.7.5,3.75 g·kg-1 dosage increased the excretion of sputum in rats significantly.7.5 g·kg-1 dose increased mice ear edema significantly.3.75,1.875 g·kg-1 dosage increased body weight of Feiqi deficiency mice,and decreased the thickness of alveolar wall and inflammatory cell infiltration.CONCLUSION Jianfei pill has antitussive and apophlegmatic effect and can enhance immunity of Feiqi deficiency rats.
