文章通过研究ControlNet网络传输信号的特点,根据发生故障时,接收方信号保持不变的特征,开发一段故障检测程序,用于判断ControlNet网络运行是否正常,并在发生故障时能及时报警提示、自动停机,确保加香加料精度在工艺标准允许的范围内,把故障影响程度降到最低,避免发生质量事故。

Through the study of ControlNet network transmission signal characteristic, this paper develops one fault detection program ac- cording to the feature that the signal remains the same during failure,used to judge the ControlNet Network running whether normall or fault,a fault occurs can he timely alarm, automatic stop, ensure accuracy in the process of flavoring standards allowed range,the fault in- fluence degree drop to a minimum, avoid the occurrence of quality accidents.
