摘要
目的:用扫描电镜观察Carisolv和慢速球钻去除乳牙、恒牙龋损后牙本质表面的微观形态。方法:选取龋损至牙本质层但未累及牙髓的乳、恒磨牙各10颗,沿龋洞中心纵剖为两部分,分别用Carisolv和球钻去龋,扫描电镜观察牙本质横剖面及纵剖面的微观形态。结果:Carisolv组横剖面牙本质表面不规则、粗糙、玷污层少、小管口开放,恒牙的不规则程度更明显;纵剖面见管周牙本质完整,与管间牙本质分界清楚。球钻组横剖面见玷污层覆盖大部分牙本质表面,小管开口堵塞;纵剖面见管周牙本质塌陷,牙本质结构模糊不清,乳恒牙无明显区别。结论:Carisolv能有效去除玷污层,形成有利于复合树脂粘结的牙本质界面。
Objective:To evaluate the residual dentinal surfaces following caries removal using Carisolv and slow- speed bur. Methods: Each 10 decayed primary and permanent molars with dentinal caries but not involving the pulp were collected. All the teeth were sectinned into two parts along the centre of the cavity. Carisolv system was conrpared with slow- speed bur in eliminating caries. Then the transection mad longitudinal section were observed under scanning electron micrescope. Results: In the Carisolv group transeetion showed irregular, coarse appearance, smear layer was mininmlly formed and the dentinal tubule orifices were clearly opened, in the group of permanent teeth irregularities were more marked; longitudinal section showed peritubular dentine integrity, the dividing line with intertubular dentine was distinct. In the bur group transection showed cavity floor and walls were covered with bulk smear layer and the dentinal tubule orifices were plugged;longitudinal section showed peritubular dentine collapsed, the dentinal stnwture was dimness, there was no difference between primary and permanent teeth. Conclutions: Cariselv system could remove the smear layer and the morphological changes of dentinal surface 'after eliminating caries is especially suitable for adhesion of composite resin.
