创新敷料治疗压疮的临床观察

Clinical observation of innovative dressings in treating pressure ulcers

目的:通过应用两种不同方法治疗压疮,探讨更好治疗压疮的方法。方法:选择压疮患者128例,随机将患者分为试验组和对照组各64例。试验组根据压疮不同分期,以创新敷料进行换药处理,对照组采用常规治疗方法。比较两组治疗压疮的有效性;疼痛程度;愈合时间;换药次数等。结果:试验组总有效率为89.1%;疼痛程度(2.3±1.6);溃疡愈合时间(18.3±11.6)d;换药次数(8.4±3.5)。对照组总有效率为65.6%;疼痛程度(7.1±2.5);溃疡愈合时间(40.6±7.6)d;换药次数(30.2±1.6),2组比较差异均有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:创新敷料在治疗压疮方面具有能减轻疼痛程度,提高其满意度,促进创面愈合,缩短愈合时间,减少换药次数,减轻家庭、社会负担,方便、舒适,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To inverstigate the better treatment of pressure ulcers through compare curative effects of two therapies. Methods： 128 patients with pressure ulcers were divided into experimental and control groups on the basis of hospital number. Innovative Dressing was used to change dress for experimental group and conventional treatment methods was adropted for control group . We compared the difference of curative effect , pain levels, healing time and dressing change frequencies in each group. Results： Total effective rate of experimental group was 89.1% ; degree of pain （ 2.3±1.61 ; ulcer healing time （ 18.3 ±11. 6 ） days; dressing （ 8.4 ± 3.5 ）. 65.6 percent of the total effective rate of the control group , degree of pain （7.1 ± 2.5 ）, ulcer healing time（ 40.6± 7.6） days; dressing times （30.2 ± 1.6）. Conclusion：Innovative Dressing can reduce the degree of pain, give satisfaction to patients, promote wound healing, shorten the healing time, rcduce.dressing change frequencies, reduce theburden of family and social and dressed comfortable. It worth to promot in the clinical.
