摘要 目的:优质护理服务对外科ICU实施人性化管理的支持。方法:本文通过对重症监护病人情感、监护室环境要求及护理人员的规范化管理三个方面从人性化服务方面进行探讨。结果:得到病人及医生的好评,也顺应社会发展的需求。结论:人性化护理支持可以提高监护室工作效率,保证工作质量。 Objective： Elucidating the humanistic nursing care support in administration of surgical ICU. Methods： Discussion of the humanistic nursing care through ICU patient＇ s sentiment, ICU environment and the normalized administer of nurse. Results： Gain favorable comment of patient and doctor, and accommodate demand of Social development. Conclusion： Humanistic nursing care support can elevate efficicncy and quality of nursing care in ICU.
