鱼肝油胶囊佐治小儿肺炎212例临床观察

摘要 目的:观察鱼肝油佐治小儿肺炎的临床疗效。方法:将212例小儿肺炎分为支气管肺炎组100例、迁延性肺炎组112例,每组均设治疗组和对照组。结果:支气管肺炎组患儿,治疗组的总有效率为92.00%,对照组总有效率为88.00%,两组比较差异无统计学意义;迁延性肺炎组患儿,治疗组总有效率为89.29%,对照组总有效率为75.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论:鱼肝油胶囊配合西药治疗小儿迁延性肺炎疗效满意,配合治疗支气管肺炎无明显疗效。 Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of cod liver oil capsules for adjunctive treatment of children with pneumonia. Methods: A total of 212 children with pneumonia were divided into bronchial pneumonia group (100 children) and prolonged pneumonia group (112 children), then each group was divided into treatment subgroup and control subgroup. Results: The total effective rates in treatment subgroup and control subgroup of bronchial pneumonia group were 92. 00% and 88.00%, respectively, there was no statis- tically significant difference between the two subgroups; the lotal effective rates in treatment subgroup and control subgroup of prolonged pneumonia group were 89.29% and 75.00%, respeciively, there was statistically significant difference between the two subgroups. Conclusion: The curative effect of cod liver oil capsules combined with Western medicine is satisfactory for treatment of pro- longed pneumonia in children, but the curative effect is not obvious for treatment of bronchial pneumonia.
